Hello, we are Patricia and Julen. We are delighted that you get to know our apartment in the heart of Bilbao, in front of the San Mamés Stadium. You will have full independence in your stay and we will be available to guide you in everything you need for you just have to focus on enjoying Bilbao and its surroundings. Whether you visit us for leisure or work, the area has the necessary services to make your stay comfortable and enjoyable. Come and live Bilbao from "La Catedral"!

Rules

Avoid noise

Respect the rest of the neighbors from 22:00 at night to 08:00 in the morning.

No smoking

Smoking area: two terraces (in living-dining room and main room).

Pets

Pets are not allowed.

Eventos y fiestas

Parties or events are not allowed (stag or hen parties, ...).

COVID-19

For a safe stay, we have taken the measures set by the Health Authorities (cleaning guidelines, social distancing, use of a mask, access with a unique and secure electronic key, 24-hour remote care).

Please, for your safety, be informed and follow the indications set by the competent Administrations.
